OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER has laughed off claims his Manchester United side will wrap up the £110million transfer of Jadon Sancho this summer.
But the Old Trafford boss admitted the three months of football lockdown and lack of Champions League football will be massive factors in how much the Red Devils spend this summer.

Solskjaer was being interviewed by former Norway pal Jan-Aage Fjortoft on Viasport Fotball when he was asked specifically about bringing in England winger Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
The former striker laughed it off and said: “I’m good at maths, but I can’t answer that question, Jan Aage. There are many good footballers on many teams.”
But United boss Solskjaer is convinced it will be a quiet summer for many teams who have lost so many millions through the lack of matches or lack of fans.
He said: “I think it’ll be a calm transfer window or a sightly different kind of window.
“I think a lot of clubs will have to be careful not to spend too much money.
“You might still not know how much you’ve lost financially during this pandemic and what’s gone on lately.
“We’re quite relaxed. I am very happy with the squad I have. I think it looks better and better.
“And then there is something in front of us screaming that it’s sensible, both from a sporting and a financial perspective. So I know we’re going to try but you can’t make any promises.’

“There are many things which will be factors in terms of what we can do this summer.”
Having spent £160m on three players last summer: Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James, that figure could be eclipsed if he signs £110m Sancho AND £80m Jack Grealish.
The Norwegian also signed Bruno Fernandes for £55m in January as he rebuilds United as the club moves into a tenth season since winning their last Premier League title.
